Tom Reilly's Commandments of Great Filmmaking

From Tom Reilly's The Big Picture:

Shoot in flat light.

Keep the script to one hundred pages.

Sweat the small stuff.

Pick your ten best shots.

Shoot on a low floor.

Move the camera.

Assume nothing.

Recognize the power of a single line.

Have a nice lunch.

And the most important one:

If it's not in the shot, it doesn't matter.
