Alexander Mackendrick: The Man Who Walked Away

Alexander Mackendrick was the director of The Sweet Smell of Success as well as several great Ealing comedies. He later taught at Cal Arts and his lectures there are the inspiration for the book On Filmmaking: An Introduction to the Craft of the Director.
