4 Peppers Chili

1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 orange bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 white onion
1 red onion
3 cloves of garlic
A bottle of red wine
Steak tips
Beef sausage
1 small can of tomato paste
1 large can of tomato sauce
Salt, pepper, Tony's, and Chili Powder to taste

1. Put pot on the stove on medium heat
2. Cut up and mix the peppers and onions and garlic cloves in a bowl.
3. Add vegetables and some wine to the pot. Cook until soft.
4. Add meat and some more wine. Cook for awhile getting the flavors together.
5. Add tomato paste and tomato sauce. Mix in well. Add spices as needed and wanted.
6. Let cook for awhile. Stir regularly.
7. Serve with some sharp cheddar cheese.
