New Orleans July Film Events/Screenings
The Midnight Movie at Prytania this Friday and Saturday will be Purple Rain hosted by DJ Soul Sister.
The Harder They Come is playing July 16th at The Old Iron Works, 612 Piety Street at 9 pm. Doors open at 6 pm for drinks and DJ.
NOLA Drive In will have its next screening July 15th at the corner of St. Claude and Elysian Fields. Film starts at dusk. Dr. Strangelove is playing. $5 admission.
Also, the French Film Festival starts Friday featuring screenings of The Rules of the Game and An American in Paris.
