A True Louisiana Based Film Industry

If we want to have a true Louisiana based film and TV industry, then we need to be the ones creating, making, and financing the shows. We need to not just sit back and wait on Los Angeles or New York or any other outside source to bring shows here. The shows need to originate from Louisiana.
